Parc View at Commonwealth
OVERVIEW:
Parc View at Commonwealth is an 16-floor, 168 unit elevated student living apartment geared towards Virginia Commonwealth University, University of Richmond, and Virginia Union University students. It’s unbeatable location at the heart of Richmond and cozy, community-focused amenities boasts a warm and friendly living experience. We designed full building signage and wayfinding, window vinyl, Amazon hub wraps, and various graphics that reinforced their welcoming branding while remaining elevated and integrated in their space.
